- IT Support Analyst
- to join their IT team
- based in Adelaide.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Analyst to provide remote and onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Your expertise will encompass desktops, laptops, peripherals, iPads, mobile phones, and various IT devices.
ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to resolve calls from both onsite and remote locations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, iPads, and mobile phones.Perform device setup and configuration, including computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and other devices.Undertake help desk and IT-related administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient ticket management.Troubleshoot network-related issues, diagnosing and resolving connectivity problems.Install, clean up, maintain, and run diagnostic programs to identify and resolve computer issues effectively.Manage Active Directory, including user management, reporting, and spam control.Monitor and action security alerts or breaches.Skills and experienceMinimum 3 years of experience working in an IT support role, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong knowledge and experience in Windows desktop and server support and administration.Proficiency in supporting and managing Microsoft Office 365 suite, with a focus on MS Teams.Experience supporting and troubleshooting Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads.Application packaging experience using SCCM and Intune is required.Familiarity with IT security tools such as CrowdStrike, Mimecast, and Fortinet SD-WAN is a plus.Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions, such as Commvault, is beneficial.Basic understanding of virtualization technologies, specifically Citrix.Must be an Australian Citizen with a valid driver's license to apply.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional IT support, possess a strong technical skill set, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
