These divisions provide perception, positioning, vehicle autonomy, and site orchestration technologies to enable full autonomous solutions in agriculture, mining, automotive, and marine sectors.Mining : Our mining technologies offer surveying, design, fleet management, production optimization, and collision avoidance capabilities in a comprehensive, life-of-mine solution that connects people and processes, reduces costs, and enhances safety and productivity at mine sites.ResponsibilitiesThe PositionReporting to our Vice President, Division General Counsel, and Division Compliance Officer based in the USA, and part of the global corporate services team, we are seeking to recruit an In-house Legal Counsel / Legal Secretary for the Hexagon Mining APAC region.You will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for providing insightful, focused, and risk-based legal guidance aligned with business and strategic objectives.

Additionally, you will maintain company registers, draft resolutions, and prepare board minutes.You will develop, draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial contractual agreements and government procurement transactions, collaborating with key stakeholders to provide pragmatic, business-oriented solutions that manage legal risks and support business growth.As part of a global legal and compliance team, you will work cross-functionally with commercial, finance, and HR leaders on initiatives that align regional practices with global corporate governance standards.QualificationsAbout youWe seek an experienced In-house Counsel / Legal Counsel ready to advance their career by leveraging their expertise in commercial and business law as an integral part of our leadership team.
