The Opportunity We're looking for a proactive and versatile Project Manager to join our Canberra team and play a key role in the delivery of property and social infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in design, construction, or engineering who is looking to apply their skills in a dynamic project management environment.

In this role, you'll work across a range of sectors—including education, health, commercial, and community infrastructure—partnering with both government and private sector clients to shape vibrant, future-ready communities.

You'll be part of a collaborative and inclusive team, managing projects from early concept design through to completion. This includes developing project briefs, managing resources and consultants, leading design and procurement activities, and overseeing contract administration to ensure successful project outcomes.

About You You'll thrive in this role if you bring :

Proven experience – Minimum of 2 plus years in project management, design, construction delivery, or a related field, ideally with experience in consultancy or within government environments.Relevant qualifications – Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Property Economics, or a related discipline.Strong stakeholder engagement skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.Professionalism and commercial acumen – A strategic thinker with sound judgement, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.Energy and initiative – A proactive, driven approach with a passion for the built environment and a desire to grow in a supportive and high-performing team.A rewarding career : Strive forward with purpose.
