• About you
• Experience
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a software test and / or quality management role.
• Knowledge
• Expertise in test strategies, test automation frameworks, and quality standards. Familiar with tools like TestRail, Google Analytics, New Relic.
• Certifications
• Preferably ISTQB Foundation Level or ISEB equivalent, ISTQB Agile Extension or ISEB equivalent, ISTQB-AL Test Manager (desirable).
• Skills
• Proven ability in creating test and quality metrics for key partners, multiple types of testing, defect and quality management, agile environment, and effective people management.

• Position responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Quality Assurance- Champion and implement fit-for-purpose QA processes and standards throughout the software lifecycle.- Spot opportunities for improvement and drive continuous enhancements in QA practices.- Develop and enforce quality design principles.
• Test Planning and Strategy- Craft and execute robust test strategies for various testing types including functional, performance, security, and usability.- Lead and refine test automation frameworks to boost efficiency.- Collaborate with stakeholders to align test priorities and manage test environments.- Recruit, train, and manage testing resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Test Execution and Management- Lead and mentor the testing team, offering guidance, and feedback to foster professional growth.- Oversee testing activities across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery and top-quality results.- Uphold and review quality test design principles and provide hands-on testing support when needed.
• Automated Testing- Drive the development and implementation of test automation frameworks- Integrate automation throughout the testing process to enhance overall efficiency.
• Defect Management- Analyse defect trends and prioritize issues in collaboration with Product and Development teams
• Performance Testing- Lead initiatives to assess and optimize software performance, scalability, and stability.- Maintain quality metrics, reports, and dashboards to monitor and communicate test results.
• Process Improvement- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and methodologies to boost testing effectiveness and efficiency.- Ensure internal quality processes and standards are consistently upheld.
• Leadership- Be a key player in the Technology Leadership Team, championing testing and quality while driving organisational progress.- Embrace a modern, people-focused leadership approach
