Story Martial Arts is looking for a dynamic, driven Gym Manager to take the reins at our Epping and Preston locations . If you've got people skills, leadership chops, and a love for health, fitness or martial arts, we want to hear from you.

33 / hr + uncapped commissions Epping and Preston, VIC Flexible options available What you'll do : Run the day-to-day operations of the gym Drive membership growth and retention (More members = More Commissions) Deliver an exceptional customer experience Contribute to local marketing, social content, and community engagement Enjoy a free and unlimited amount of Martial Arts Training Have unlimited access to our onsite gyms You bring : Proven leadership or sales experience (fitness industry a bonus) A can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset Strong communication and team management skills High energy and reliability Why join us?
