• About The Role

The Night Auditor role will typically work 11pm to 7am across a 7 day rotating roster. In addition to accounts & reporting, the role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay from reservations, arrivals and departures.

• Duties
• Responsible for processing of night audit and nightly reports
• Preparing management reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Providing exceptional customer service, including but not limited to check in and checkout of guests, answering telephone calls, reservation enquiries and attending to guest requests
• Assist with the operations for the day team to ensure exceptional service is provided around the clock
• Skills
• Night Audit and / or accounts experience is highly regarded
• High level of computer literacy
• A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
• Strong administrative and problem-solving skills.
• An understanding of Hotel emergency procedures
• First Aid & RSA or willing to obtain
