Job Overview :

As the Assistant Night Manager (ANM) , you will support the hotel’s night shift operations by acting as both the Night Manager and Night Auditor . You’ll ensure the smooth operation of the hotel overnight, including guest safety, satisfaction, and financial management. When the Night Manager is on leave, you’ll step up to oversee all night duties, and work closely with the team to support auditing and revenue processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage hotel operations overnight, ensuring security and guest satisfaction.
• Complete night audit duties, including checking revenue, expenses, and guest folios.
• Assist in financial reconciliations and reporting.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with prompt resolutions.
• Supervise and support front office staff, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of service.
• Conduct regular checks of the hotel’s facilities and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
