Your Opportunity
As an Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for the logistical coordination and administration of outreach visits.
You will work closely with outreach staff and community stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Your duties will include :
Managing outreach calendar, staff rostering, and travel arrangements
Communicating effectively with staff and stakeholders about outreach trips and services
Adapting plans due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or staff leave
Building strong relationships with Aboriginal communities and other stakeholders
Serving as the primary contact for outreach inquiries
Managing referrals, bookings, client recalls, and device orders
Preparing for trips, including equipment and consumables
Handling client inquiries, confirming eligibility, and coordinating services
Maintaining electronic client files and processing claims
What You'll Bring
We are looking for candidates with :
Understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and culture
Experience in administrative or customer service roles
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with standard software applications
