Lead - Community Relations

The Role

Due to upcoming leave coverage, this role is being offered on a fixed term contract until May 2026. In this dynamic role, you’ll support the Community Relations Manager & lead the charge in executing CBH Community Investment Fund activities, driving awareness and engagement. You’ll coordinate a diverse portfolio of community investment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Be a part of something impactful and exciting!

Responsibilities include :

• Community Investment Coordination :  Lead a diverse portfolio of community investment activities, while monitoring and evaluating the performance of community initiatives to recommend improvements
• Marketing & Engagement :  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, communications, and engagement plans to effectively reach growers, employees, and stakeholders
• Content Development :  Create and maintain engaging content for social media, websites, intranets, presentations, and other corporate communication channels
• Representation   Represent CBH at community events and forums
