Reporting to the Team Lead, Customer Support in Sales Operations, the administrative assistant is responsible for providing Divisional support with customer and price related queries and providing administrative support to Sales Operations and Customer Support.
ResponsibilitiesCreating quotations, price listsLiaise with sales representatives around delivery timeframesInitiate the process of return goodsSupport Sales Operations in the following areasNotifying Division employees of price expiry / renewalMaintain process documentationCoordination of special (discount) pricing function and preparation of pricing reports.Create sales and pricing reports for agreement renewalsTendering processQualifications :
Experience working within a corporate environment preferredIntermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word) desirablePrevious Customer Support experience highly desirablePrevious data entry experience with high attention to detail and accuracy essentialHighly developed communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, balancing multiple priorities, and ensuring quality standardsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentShortlisting may commence immediately after advertisement posted._
