About the Role :

We are looking for a motivated Delivery Coordinator to join the team at Ford Warwick Farm . The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate the timely delivery and handover of newly purchased vehicles to customers
• Processing of all paperwork related to the registration and delivery of vehicles
• Work well alongside the sales team to ensure best customer experience
• Managing the customers experience throughout their journey
• Liaising with the sales and service team to ensure smooth handovers
• Be the face of the dealership for all customers that purchase from the dealership
