Our client is an international technology company at the forefront of high-performance computing (HPC) with a strong foundation in applied physics. They are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in Perth CBD on a fulltime basis. Monday to Friday.
List of Responsibilities (not necessarily exhaustive)Welcoming clients and visitors and assisting with other enquiriesAnswering telephone calls and transferring to appropriate staff members and taking messages as requiredEnsuring that appropriate cover is in place for answering phone calls and covering reception during office hoursProviding a prompt and professional service to clients, visitors and staffGeneral office management such as ordering stationary, document binding, handling couriers, post and all forms of mailAssisting with the arrangement of business meetings and room bookingsMaintaining general office files, including vendors and other related to the admin operationsMeeting room tidiness, preparation and appearanceMaintaining cleanliness of Office kitchenSupervise maintenance & cleaning contractors for scheduled services like Fridge cleaning, coffee machine maintenance etc.Performing other ad-hoc duties as and when neededMaintain the highest standards of presentation and professionalismComplying with the Company's HSE policyThe successful applicant shouldHave previous Administration or Reception experienceBe friendly, honest and reliableHave exceptional customer service skillsHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsHave proficient computer, typing and data entry skillsBe attentive to detailHave ability to multitask and prioritiseBe efficient and demonstrate initiative
