- Key Responsibilities include :
- Front-of-house reception duties include meeting and greeting clients
- Preparation and management of the meeting room facilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing the kitchens
- Monthly invoicing
- Preparing and sending client correspondence
- General secretarial support including preparing client correspondence, photocopying, scanning and binding
- General office administration duties
Skills and Experience :
