Junior Property Officer North Richmond, NSW Belle Property Hawkesbury is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Property Officer to join our team. Working closely under the guidance of a Senior Property Manager, you will gain valuable hands-on experience across all areas of property management. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in real estate, with plenty of support, training, and opportunities for growth. You will assist in the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, liaise with tenants and landlords, conduct property inspections, and help ensure that our properties are maintained to a high standard. If you are organised, have strong attention to detail, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity to build your career within a leading real estate brand. Your key responsibilities will include : Assist with routine inspections and prepare inspection reports Support in managing tenant enquiries and maintenance requests Liaise with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople professionally and promptly Assist in preparing lease agreements, renewals, and notices Help coordinate repairs and maintenance with approved contractors Ensure property compliance and presentation standards are maintained Provide administrative support to the Senior Property Manager Attend open homes, ingoing and outgoing inspections as required Maintain accurate records and database management About You : We're looking for a reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic team player with a strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service. Key Requirements : Strong verbal and written communication skills Genuine interest in property management and real estate Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and a proactive attitude The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment A current Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain) A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office This is a full-time role, Tuesday to Saturday Why Join Us?
