Your Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the Sales and Admin TeamAnswer phone and email enquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional mannerAssist with all aspects of sales campaigns : marketing, photography, property preparation, floor plansManage compliance documentation and CRM updatesLiaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors throughout the sales processPrepare OFI and appraisal packs, newsletters, and sales advicesSupport the exchange and settlement process, including key handovers and client giftingOrganise weekly / monthly team meetings, take minutes, and manage agendasKeep the office well presented and stocked, including boardroom and suppliesOccasionally assist the Property Management team (e.g. key coordination, tenant handovers)About You :
Experience in administration or customer service is essentialReal estate experience is not required – just a passion for the industryCertificate of Registration is preferred but not essentialWell-presented, personable, and professionalHighly organised with great time management skillsStrong written and verbal communicationConfident across computer systems and able to pick up new tech quicklyA “can-do” attitude and desire to be part of a high-energy, supportive teamReady to launch your real estate career or step into a dynamic support role?
