Job descriptionKey Responsibilities Tenders - Manage tender model process including preparing and reviewing the bid and getting stakeholders involved Seek relevant approval as per Delegation of Authority Matrix prior to submission Prepare Tender documentation Assist BD team as and when required Commercial - Assist in managing commercial aspects of existing operations and new business with regards to reporting, revenue and revenue data management and forecasting Assist with Monthly Board Report, Adhoc reporting, and Mining Data Analysis Report Weekly / Monthly & Quarterly Metrics vs Commercial and Internal KPIs Assist with contracts commercial compliance (Rates, R&F, Terms etc) Assist with Revenue Management through Daily Drill Report (DDR) reviews and monthly invoicing compliance / approvals Steercoms (Client Presentations) - Finalize Quarterly Client Progress reports with PM's (Steercoms) Quarterly meeting with PM's and Client (Steercoms) Follow up on minutes / proposed actions / Company & Client's deliverables and expectations Knowledge & Skills Required Advance Microsoft Office Excellent language skills Outstanding organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Training & Education Required Administration or Accounting qualification Proven experience in Contract Commercial and Operational Management Experience Required Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position Mining background is a must Experience working in multinational and culturally diverse environments Please note Currently there is no direct reports / people management responsibility in this role.

Our client is a successful and well known global Mining Services organisation. They currently have a new position available within the Perth office for a Commercial Manager - Mining.
The main responsibility of the role is to provide commercial support to the Mining division.
This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work for a global Mining organisation in a senior management role with International travel. You will be rewarded with a large six figure salary package including Mobile phone, Laptop, Parking and Annual Bonus (STIP).
