The Role Due to increasing demand for user-centered digital solutions, this federal government client is seeking a UX Interaction Designer to lead research, design, and testing processes for digital products and services. This role involves developing user journeys, prototypes, and conducting usability tests, with a strong focus on improving stakeholder and user experiences.

Responsibilities : Lead the creation of accessible, evidence-based design solutions that meet user needs and agency standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and prototype digital services Conduct and apply user research to refine and improve user experiences Manage and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and high performance Oversee usability testing and apply findings to optimize design solutions
