- OUR ROLE
As a member of our Workforce Augmentation Team and working to a prominent Federal Government Client, we are seeking
- ICT Customer Support Analysts
- to join our team.
Upon commencement you will join a multi-disciplinary team that is supporting the delivery of a variety of dynamic projects and programs. In these role you will :
- Provide proficient and personalised ICT customer support via the efficient management and remediation
- Support the identification of problems, ensure faults and incidents reported are recorded and escalate priorities to the relevant team.
- Support your team to create SOP's and key documentation.
- KEY ELIGIBILITY
As you will be working to a Federal Government client, we are seeking Australian Citizens who have an active TSPV security clearance.
- ENGAGEMENT TYPE
These roles are available for an initial 12-month period, with an additional 12-month extension
- YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent relationship skills, with the ability to deal with various clients and stakeholders to translate their needs into a complete solution
- Excellent communication skills - including written, verbal and presentation
- A high level of organization, time management with the ability to adapt and respond promptly to changing and competing priorities at short notice
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think laterally and propose solutions
- Self-starting, with the ability to drive your own actions, whilst also working as part of a team
