Our Paints & Coatings Brands are proudly part of the DuluxGroup, home to some of Australia's most iconic brands and 8000 employees globally.This opportunity sits within ourFosroc Construction Productsbusiness, which is one of the leading marketer and manufacturer of construction chemicals, providing construction solutions to the ANZ civil engineering, industrial, commercial and infrastructure construction markets.Your roleWe are seeking aState Sales Managerto implement and execute the Fosroc business strategy with channel partners, delivering sales targets across Victoria, NT, SA & Tasmania.

This role involves managing, developing, and coaching the sales team, building relationships with existing customers, and setting local plans for direct and indirect customers.

Additionally, the manager will participate in developing and executing Fosroc's sales strategies to maximize profitable outcomes in the construction supplies market.We're proud to represent market-leading, trusted brands and products, and we're looking for someone who shares that pride.
