Job Description

As the Venue Manager of this fun and fast-paced CBD venue, you will be accountable for maintaining the high standards of the front and back-of-house operation, whilst driving performance through your team. The venue boasts multiple revenue drivers that include entertainment, bars, food, function spaces, and more.

The role requires someone who loves driving their team to deliver exceptional customer service with a keen eye for detail, relationship building, compliance knowledge, operational knowhow and a passion for overseeing busy venues.

Candidate Profile

To be considered for this role you will have :

• Experience as a Venue Manager
• Exceptional management skills and the ability to lead a team
• High-level ability in enhancing customer service
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
• Holder of, or willingness to obtain, an RMLV certificate
• A genuine love for being part of the action!
