NuChange Building is a family run business located in Greenwood, who specialise in second story additions, extensions & new homes.
An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Manager to join our passionate and dedicated team. This role includes all elements of building, from co-ordination of sub-contractors and trades, to liaising with suppliers and ensuring the successful completion of projects within the timeframes and budget specified.
- Duties include but are not limited to
- Solving build issues proactively
- Build strong & ongoing working relationships with contractors, staff & client
- Inspect Building Sites
- Reporting job progress
- Ensuring safe practice on sites by implementing WHS Procedures & Policies
- Maximising site production and efficiency of trades
- Review working drawings and prestart info to ensure detail is correct
- Various onsite & admin duties as required
- Pickup & delivery of products / materials to various sites
- To be considered for this role you must have
- Proactive with good time management skills
- Well Organised
- Strong People management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- The ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of building and OHS regulations
- A positive attitude
- Initiative and a proactive work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Standard Driver Licence
