Project Co-Ordinator

Residential Landowner is seeking Project Coordinator to oversee A Hotel and Residential project.

Plans, organises, directs, controls and coordinates construction of engineering and building projects, and all resources involved in the construction process. As the Project coordinator, you will report directly to the Landowner and play a pivotal role in ensuring project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

• Main tasks
• Attend Council Planners meeting and State Planning.
• Attend meetings with architects, planners and interpret the drawings.
• Assesses architectural drawings and technical specifications, and determines appropriate construction methods to use
• Provide all the engineering assessments and reports as required.
• Attend to Landscape architects and other consultants
• Plans, organises and manages commercial project objectives, budgets and schedules
• Establishes and manages project plans to ensure alignment with strategic goals and project outcomes
• Manage project budgets, cash flow projections, and procurement processes.
• Attend meetings with potential JV partners, builders and developers and evaluate potential agreements.
• Skills and Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software
• Experience in both development and construction phases of residential projects is highly desirable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adept at problem-solving and decision-making, with a proactive and analytical approach
• Professional demeanour with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• minimum 2 years' experience in a project coordination role, preferably within the construction industry
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, project management, or a related field

Pay : $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay :
• Bonus
