Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to support our Head of Operations in achieving business goals and leading a team of dedicated professionals. This high-profile role will involve direct engagement with stakeholders at all levels and supervision of two Team Leaders, along with oversight of an additional ten team members.

Primary Responsibilities :

Leadership & Management

• Provide ongoing guidance and support to Team Leaders, ensuring timely and compliant action on all tasks.
• Address escalated matters proactively and serve as the key contact for day-to-day operational issues.
• Conduct team planning to ensure adequate training and resources are available.
• Take personal ownership of the team’s daily operations to achieve desired business outcomes.
