The Opportunity We're looking for a dynamic leader to oversee and enhance theCity's critical Operational Technology systems —including CCTV, carparks, building management, and lightingcontrol. You'll ensure these systems are secure, reliable, andsupport community safety and seamless facility operations.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to leadmaintenance, upgrades, incident response, and continuousimprovement.

Reporting to the Manager ICT Security and TechnologyInfrastructure, your responsibilities would primarily include :

Coordinate and deliver efficient city-wide OperationalTechnology services, including Surveillance, Carparks, LightingControl, and Building Management systems;Coordinate contractors to promptly resolve technicalissues, complete repairs and together maintain up-to-datetechnical documentation for the City's operationaltechnology systems;Coordinate with the City's internal teams and thecontractors to ensure successful delivery of projects; andAssist in developing maintenance and procurementspecifications, including scopes of work and tenderdocumentation for operational and capital projects.About You To succeed in this role, you will possess :

Experience coordinating support and maintenance ofenterprise-grade operational technology systems, includingCCTV;Working knowledge and experience with Building Management,Lighting Control, Cisco and RUCKUS networking, and fibreoptics;Strong time management, analytical, diagnostic, andproblem-solving skills with the ability to work effectivelyboth independently and part of a team; andFamiliarity of cyber security principles in relation tosecurely deploying and managing (such as patch management)operational technologies.If your experience and capabilities match these criteria, wewelcome your application.
