Job descriptionOverview of the role Management of all prospective tenant enquiry Management and completion of leasing inspections including private viewings and open homes Onboarding new tenants to the agency Assisting in the marketing of new properties Adhoc assistance to the property team with other property management duties Preparation of feedback reports and delivery of leasing feedback to investors Property Me Software What the role offers Excellent remuneration package Supportive environment Work for a premium agency on prestige properties with a diverse client base Career progression - room to move through the agency and grow with the business Work / Life Balance Culture Does this describe you? Valid QLD Certificate of Registration Australian drivers license and reliable car Minimum 12 months experience in leasing or property management Immaculate presentation Strong written and verbal communication Ability to deliver a strong customer service Outstanding organisation and time management

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Leasing Agent to join a premium agency in Brisbane's Inner West and lease prestige properties in some of Brisbane's most sought after blue-chip suburbs.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a professional, highly reputable business that provides an engaging and supportive environment to work, with career progression on offer.
You will be an integral part of the agency's performance to minimize vacancies and maximize the investors return on their properties.
This role will require work as required on Saturdays but is a 5 day working week with a day off on Friday.
