As a Senior Consultant in our Mergers & Acquisitions team based in our Perth office, you’ll join a high performing team that provides strategic and tactical advice to privately owned, publicly listed, and private equity clients through all stages of the sale or purchase of a business or asset.

M&A is part of EY’s Parthenon service line providing lead advisory services. This role is offered on a full-time basis.

Your key responsibilities

• Be involved in all stages of the transaction process from deal origination through to completion, including preparation of marketing materials, buyer research, valuation analysis, and due diligence preparation and coordination.
• Prepare industry research and market mapping to assist in identifying potential new clients or targets for private equity and corporate buyers.
• Assist in building financial data books and analysing financial models.
• Contribute to engagement planning and project management ensure that deliverables meet the project timetable.
• Build strong client relationships and engage with transaction stakeholders and advisers.
