Australian Citizen with Security Clearance (NV1 Preferred)

• Technical Documentation : Solution Design and existing configuration documents. Writing.
• Microsoft Skills background.
• Defence Experience : Preferably in the defence environment, but consideration given to candidates with experience in large organizations such as ATO, Home Affairs, etc.
• Process Documentation : Creation, updating, and review of process documentation, including re-engineering of existing business processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Ability to conduct meetings with Business and IT user groups to collect, understand, and analyze business and IT processes or procedures.
• Gap Analysis : Ability to define and socialize gap analysis.
