Job descriptionHR Officer (Operations) Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner Operations, this role will be based in Brisbane and is for a fixed term of 2 years. Kronos Retail time and attendance system Preceda Retail Payroll Peoplestreme - Retail HR system CAL Retail learning platform System administrator for archive system Workday HR Reporting Service Awards Management Long Service Leave Assisting with projects about you Knowledge, skills, experience Minimum 3 years professional HR experience Minimum 3 years' experience using HR systems (Peoplestreme and Workday very desirable) Minimum 2 years Payroll experience (desirable) Skills Strong system / HR operation knowledge Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Exceptional organisation skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Ability to think laterally and to problem solve Prioritise tasks to ensure positive outcomes for the business and key stakeholders Advanced level proficiency in MS Office products and other database programs Ability to work as a team player and work towards team goals and work unsupervised Proven ability to operate in a confidential manner at all times what we can offer you A commitment to supporting work-life balance with flexible working arrangements, optional hybrid working model including at home and in-office working.
