The Role

Our client is currently seeking an Operations Manager / Office Manager to assist run this successful, high-performing agency. You will be the driving force that keeps this top business in order. Reporting to the Director and working within an elite team of staff, this role will see you utilise your administration, management, and operations skills daily.

Your day-to-day duties will include but will not be limited to :

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and the team – a people-person role! It’s all about the people!
• Staff onboarding and offboarding
• Monitoring and tracking staff performance
• Generating training & development plans
• Compliance management
• Database and software management
• Coordinating all team meetings and staff events
• No accounting, no contracts – they have this covered already
• Fast-paced role! Great culture & vibrant team environment
• Working 1-1 with the Principal and other leaders
• Monday - Friday only

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have strong Real Estate experience, ideally in a similar position. A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is essential to be considered. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate :
