Proven pastry chef experience in a fast paced and quality driven working environment. Well-developed ability to work independently and as part of a strong, diverse and dynamic team. Must be passionate about food and keen to showcase their ability in fast-paced environment Excellent organisational skills and strong work ethic Enthusiasm, awareness and great team work Able to communicate and showcase reliability
