Applicants must be well presented, outgoing and approachable, possess excellent communication, customer service and computer skills.
Some experience with Smartsoft Pracsuite / Frontdesk or similar Health Booking software would be an advantage.
A welcoming, engaging and professional telephone manner is essential and other qualities we are looking for include a warm, self assured and organised person to welcome patients as well as complete administration and general tasks.
Onsite training will be provided for our practice management software.
