Position Description

The Learning and Development Coordinator collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to establish
and develop systems and Learning and Development frameworks. They will ensure that systems are up to date
by performing regular compliance audits to confirm that staff have the necessary training and certifications in
line with Council's compliance objectives.
