Dispatch Warehouse Team Leader - Afternoon Shift

• ARE YOU THE DISPATCH WAREHOUSE - TEAM LEADER WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
• ROLE SUMMARY
• Supervise and Lead a team of packers. Previous experience as a Team Leader is an advantage.
• CURRENT SCHEDULE
• approx. 3 pm to 11 pm - Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu & Fri
• THE ROLE REPORTS
• to the Dispatch Manager
• SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 years work experience as a Team Leader in Picking / Packing
• Fresh Food Production industry experience will be a bonus
• Possess a current LF Forklift Licence - A MUST
• Physically fit to repetitively lift 5kg-15kg
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and procedures
• Communicate well both written and verbally
• Ability to lead a team of food packers to meet the day's deliverable
• Work well within a team environment
• Showing commitment, reliability and motivation
• Respond calmly when faced with obstacles
