K&R Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant or Trainee to join our growing practice in Lavington, NSW. This is a part time position to full time in the future. As part of our close-knit team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our dental clinic and providing exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing Assisting the dentist during procedures by preparing and sterilising instruments, handing instruments, and providing chair-side support

Welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient records

Handling patient inquiries and booking follow-up appointments

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Ordering and restocking dental supplies as needed

Providing a high level of customer service to all patients

What we're looking for Experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role in a dental practice

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in using dental software and practice management systems

A warm, friendly, and customer-focused attitude

Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and attention to detail
