The company is seeking an experienced cartage coordinator to join their current team of 4 and look after LCL & FCL cartage for the company's clients. They use cargowise as their operating system and you will need prior experience in cartage operations so you can hit the ground running in this fast paced environment.
Interaction with Customs, AQIS, transport companies, unpack depots, clients and internal departments; Updating information in the operating system; Ensuring documentation and cargo release information is complete and correct; Providing reports on delivery outcomes; Maintaining relationships with the existing transport partners; Transportation claim management; Negotiation of transport prices and transport agreements.
