Role Overview The Solutions Consultant / Account Executive role combines pre-sales consulting and sales responsibilities. It involves engaging with clients, supporting sales activities, and promoting Cloud Deployment Services and Strada Payroll Solutions. The role focuses on leveraging domain, product, and industry expertise to create compelling solutions and improve sales success rates.
Key Responsibilities Sales Process (Pre-Sales) : Support sales strategies, conduct discovery, coordinate with technical teams, develop proposals, and tailor client materials. RFP Support : Review and craft responses, ensure alignment with deal scope, and develop delivery models. Domain / Product Expertise : Maintain knowledge of solutions, stay updated on industry trends, and share insights with sales teams. Product Development : Provide market feedback, coordinate with product teams, and update sales materials. Sales Goals (Sales Executive) : Achieve sales targets, develop territory strategies, and identify new opportunities. Market Intelligence : Gather and utilize market data to inform sales strategies. Sales Strategy : Use support resources effectively, craft client offers, and optimize sales processes. Tools and Client Satisfaction : Maximize CRM tool usage and enhance client satisfaction through feedback and engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or financial field. Proven sales experience with cloud software or implementation solutions, preferably within the Workday ecosystem or HRIS products. HR / payroll / benefits knowledge is a plus. Strong communication, analytical, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Self-motivated and resourceful.
