Job descriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Some secretariat support Limited Project Control tasks such as scheduling Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations. Prepare correspondence and reports as directed Data management and analysis Finance and invoice acquittal Supply chain coordination Ad hoc administrative tasks SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED Experience within the Defence industry Strong communication skills Project Management support and coordination experience and proficiency Process orientated with good attention to detail Minimum Baseline security clearance and be able to upgrade to a NV1 clearance if required BENEFITS We make investments in our people, clients, and communities, so we can grow together. - ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are currently looking for a security cleared Project Support Officers to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier. This role will see you take on a variety of tasks from HR to Finance as well as general administration and some project work.
