Administration Customer Service Logistics

Job descriptionGeneral duties and responsibilities can include but not limited to Provide general administration support such as data entry, filing and document generation Quality assurance of inventory, logistics or services provided Quotations of work and pricing Roster allocation and management Management of logistics and fleet management Coordinate booking and tracking of local and international shipments Keep the customer continually updated on the status of jobs including delivery and collection ETAs Inventory management Personal qualities that you will hold High level of personal drive and enthusiasm to complete key tasks Excellent phone manner and communication skills - both verbal and written High level of attention to detail, numeracy, literacy and problem-solving skills High level of effective time management to ensure timely completion of key tasks in a busy environment A genuine 'can do' attitude and a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences and outcomes Skills and Experience Previous administration / customer service experience with a proven ability to understand, meet and exceed customer expectations Ability to learn quickly on the job (training provided) Strong attention to detail Highly motivated and enthusiastic with confident, friendly personality Exceptional communication skills (written / verbal), listening skills and telephone manner Fast, accurate typing and high attention to detail. Ability to build relationships with customers internal and external. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines. What's in it for you?
