Job description5+ years as a Senior Scheduler. Prince2 Foundation Member. MS Project 2013 / 2016 proficiency. Excellent planning and communication. Software lifecycle understanding. PRINCE2 and SAFE Agile expertise. Tertiary qualification or relevant skills. Manage multiple program schedules. Support program scheduling activities. Influence and unite for common goals. Thrive in ambiguity, be flexible. Initiative-driven and innovative. Analytical and conceptual prowess.
Ignite is seeking Scheduler to provide services including assisting Program Managers in schedule preparation and automating milestone uploads. These services are required within the CIO Command.
Location : Canberra
Duration : 12 months
Citizenship Requirements : Must be an Australian Citizen - (10-years of residency in Australia required)
Responsibilities :
- Lead program-level scheduling.
- Utilize MS Project 2013 / 2016.
- Champion stakeholder management.
- Plan software lifecycles effectively.
- Apply PRINCE2 and SAFE Agile methodologies.
- Drive success with your scheduling expertise.
