Part-Time Hr Officer

Part-Time for 2 days per work experienced HR Officer to be based in Perth CBD.

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their small CBD team on a part-time basis of 16 hours per week.

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the following duties :

• Raising contracts and amending accordingly
• Managing required HR compliance including tickets, licenses, HSE inductions etc
• Ensuring maintenance of HR Administration files and the HRIS system
• Managing leave balances, employment changes, starters and leavers
• Supporting the probation review
• Supporting managers with the performance review including coordination and provision of documentation
• Managing resignations and exit interviews
• Supporting grievances and disciplinaries
• Ensuring that HSE policies are adhered to, injury management and return to work processes followed

This position can be managed across two full days or hours to suit spread across the week but with set days agreed.

It is essential that you have raised and reviewed contracts pertaining to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards, and have the ability to recognise anomalies and resolve accordingly. You will be methodical in your approach to work and enjoy managing diverse duties whilst providing recommendations for process and systems improvement.
