Your duties will include :Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programsWorking collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionalsCompleting a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.QualificationsTertiary qualifications in Social Work;Registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers;Previous experience working as a Social Worker would be highly regarded (ie. in a hospital, mental health, aged care facility or people with diverse backgrounds);Excellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment;A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits of engaging in the community;A current drivers' licence and access to their own vehicle.Additional InformationOur core values are always at the heart of the work that we do every day :
