We are seeking licensed Mental Health Therapists & Counsellors with a minimum of 3 years' adult experience, to provide online counselling with a flexible schedule.

Estimated annual earnings : $78,000 AUD - $114,550 AUD, paid hourly based on working 25 to 35 hours per week on the platform.

Estimated earnings are not guaranteed and assume 52 working weeks per year; actual earnings may vary based on caseload, client engagement, and conversion rates. An additional 11.5% of compensation is paid to superannuation.

About the Roles

We are looking for licensed therapists & counsellors to provide online therapy via a secure platform. These opportunities are perfect for clinicians who :

Choose your caseload and work / life balance - increase or decrease hours as needed

To Be Eligible, You Must :

Have a minimum of 3 years paid experience counselling adults

Hold a valid ABN

Have current registration with one of the following :

ACA - Level 3 or 4 membership

PACFA - Clinical membership

AASW - Accredited Social Worker or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker

AHPRA - General registration (Psychologist profession)

APS - Clinical or Counselling Psychologist member

You'll also need :

A private environment for sessions

Excellent communication skills

Ability to pass a background check

A reliable internet connection
