Join Vertical Scope Group’s (VSG) Professional Services Division in Canberra as we seek a driven, highly skilled, and competent TS PV cleared, Document Writer / Technical Writer to join our award-winning team supporting our Defence and National Intelligence Community customers.

About the role :

• Previous experience in writing ITSM documentation.
• Experience creating presentations and briefings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience developing standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, flow charts, and scripts.
• Experience presenting ITSM policies and processes to stakeholders.
