Landscape Gardener

• team in Carlisle, on a
• full-time
• basis (7am - 3pm, Monday to Friday).

Reporting to the Horticultural Services Manager, this roving role will see you be responsible for delivering high-quality gardening and landscaping services to our Aged Care Homes located in the Perth metropolitan area.

Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when executing small scale landscaping operations that create usable outdoor spaces for residents and their families, working as part of an inter-disciplinary team, as well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of our aged care residents.

Now... before we set you loose across our Homes and (more importantly) introduce you to our residents, we need to ensure you possess :

• Cert III in Landscaping Construction or Cert III / IV in Horticulture
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• evidence of Influenza vaccination
• WA Motor Driver's Licence
• full working rights in Australia
