Pearson VUE offers a great environment to start or grow your career. We are now hiring for a Casual Test Administrator at 55 Grenfell Street, Adelaide.

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork and flexibility, with availability to work a variety of shifts during weekdays (Monday to Friday) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Operating hours are between 7 am and 11 pm.

We offer an attractive pay rate of $35.87 per hour. Candidates must be flexible to work morning and evening shifts. This is a strictly casual position.

Responsibilities :

• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a secure exam environment.
• Ensuring compliance with all testing procedures and company policies.
• Checking and verifying candidate identification against test registration; assisting with test setup.
• Explaining exam procedures and proctoring candidates during testing.
• Troubleshooting technical issues with internal departments.
• Escalating policy breaches to relevant personnel immediately.
• Performing light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each exam.
• Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
