About the RoleWe are seeking an administration superstar with a passion for customer service and learning new skills to join our Adelaide Residential Team on a 12-month fixed term, full time contract. The key responsibilities of this role involve liaising with our valuation teams, contacting our clients and securing successful appointments. You will be the 'go-to' person for your allocated Valuers, helping them by booking their appointments and arranging the appointments in a way that benefits the Valuer and the customer. You will be provided with extensive training in the role, in a supportive team and office environment.

- We would love to hear from you if you have : _
- Previous customer service experience highly regarded, but not essential
- Friendly, helpful and courteous phone manner
- Efficient and able to co-ordinate appointments on behalf of our team of valuers
- Able to manage stress under pressure
- Working knowledge of locations across the Adelaide region
- Excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable attendance and conscientious work ethic, with ability to work both independently and within a team
