Coordinator - Crane & Rigging

The Role

The role is a permanent position with Minara Resources manages and directs the activities of the central maintenance groups specialising in crane and rigging activities onsite ensuring compliance to relevant standards and regulations are met in order to safely achieve production requirements.

You will be responsible for :

Assisting with Planning preparation prior to execution Allocating day-to-day work priorities to a range of disciplines, ensuring work is conducted safely Reporting on preparation activity completion against set targets Allocating manpower for tasks to ensure safe and efficient execution when required Audit and Compliance Activities for onsite crane activities. About You

This role would suit an adaptable problem solver with good technical knowledge, leadership, and effective communication skills with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

You will also have :

Qualifications / Licences in Rigging, Scaffolding and Crane Operating at least 5 years' experience A Western Australian C-Class manual drivers' licence Relevant experience working in maintenance plant shutdowns of fixed plant machinery Demonstrated success as an effective leader in a customer focused environment Previous experience in managing costs and budgeting Good computer skills with the ability to use integrated management systems, spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications A high level of experience with using computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), with a knowledge of Oracle desirable What We Offer
