The Medicinal Cannabis Section, within the Office of Drug Control, is looking to fill an ongoing or non-ongoing Administration Officer position at the APS4 level within the Medicinal Cannabis Business Support team.

We are looking for a motivated, engaged, high-performing individual who displays initiative and will contribute to the development of the Office of Drug Control as a whole.

Key responsibilities for the Administration Officer at the APS4 level are to :

  • Monitor public-facing inboxes and phone lines
  • Respond to general enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate responses to complex enquiries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Filing, record keeping, and administrative support
