This role is all about building strong relationships, driving business development, and empowering apprenticeships.

Thrive in an autonomous, impactful role where a united and trailblazing mindset will lead to success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clear, efficient, and quality information about the Australian Apprenticeship program, including processes, support services, incentives, and financial opportunities.Manage time effectively to maximise productivity in scheduling sign-ups, progress contacts, and sales / marketing activities.Stay up to date with relevant legislation, policies, and MEGT procedures to deliver the best service.Address customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate advice and information.Identify potential issues impacting apprenticeship progress and refer to the appropriate services for support.About YouYou will be an ambitious, positive, self-starter with a passion for building and maintaining key relationships within the community including : Proven experience in account management or business developmentExceptional customer service and administration skillsAble to work autonomously with integrity and strong self-disciplineResults-driven with a focus on KPIs and continuous improvementOpen to change and committed to personal and professional growthKnowledge of the VET sector and Australian Apprenticeship Support Services is highly regardedCurrent driver's licence or ability to travelMEGT is committed to providing services that protect and keep children, young people and adults at risk free from harm as we have zero tolerance of racism, discrimination, harm, or abuse.
