• Managing a clean portfolio of 100 apartments within 2 x buildings
• Entry and Exit inspections
• Routine inspections
• Arrears management
• Maintenance
• Landlord and Tenant liaison
• Console Cloud software
• Temp contract with perm possibility!
• Company Car to use for work
• 1+ years Onsite Property Management experience or Portfolio management experience
• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Console Cloud software experience
• Strong legislation knowledge
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Outstanding telephone manner & time management
• Corporate presentation
• Valid driver's license
